Program:

• Theoretical part: understanding the heterogeneity of the tumor microenvironment and the role of immune system cells; the state of the art on colorectal and ovarian cancer; description of the available methodologies for studying the tumor microenvironment; future perspectives in the field of personalized medicine.

• Practical part: use of flow cytometry to analyze the immune tumor infiltrate from biopsies.
